Who we are... Perficency is a national sales coaching organization that helps thoughtful individuals and organizations approach sales 180 degrees differently, and to grow their business while still being themselves.

What we see... Most “training” efforts have marginal long-term results. We are committed to helping individuals and organizations create sustainable changes in their sales‐related Thinking, Language and Process.

How we work... We provide two tracks for people to engage us: 

1. Custom: Private coaching & corporate training that blends 1:1 phone coaching, live group training / custom webinars, with ‘real‐time’ deal coaching ‐ over time.

2. Do‐it‐yourself: Free live monthly webinar, interactive online community site, low cost quarterly webinar series, the book: “Barking Up a Dead Horse”
